Problem with pirated version of windows xp service pack2?

One day my pc is automatically updated and shows that "YOU ARE A VICTIM OF SOFTWARE COUNTERFEITING" If I set any desktop background then after some time it is removed automatically.Is there any other way so that I can fix my problem without formatting my computer???
