Why doesn't the pope talk about eradicating growing prejudices in Europe instead of bashing secularism?

and thereby sowing more seeds for conflict between religion and secularism ?? Why would he not talk about health and education in Africa ? Why would he not talk about stopping the war in Afghanistan? His only problem stems from secular people, that's weird. What kind of pope is he?
