Anyone know anything about fibroadenomas?

okay so i have fibroadenoma and i am going to have it surgically removed next week.. I am having second thoughts about it because i am afraid it might hurt me alot. Anyone here ever dont it before and can tell me how the procedure goes? does it hurt really badly? does it change the shape of the ? How did u feel after surgery?? please give me great deatails about it and thank u n advance
