Is the reason why we do not hear of the early Christian culture in Saharan Africa because of Mohammad?

The fact that you got a thumbs down rating on this question goes to show that some muslim(s) know that you are quite correct in your thinking. But this sort of thing with Mohammed destroying other religious buildings and cultures is prevelant through out the eastern world, so it is known facts. Look at India for example.
