go to the police station and ask them what can you do to get him out. if there is nothing in the house with his name and he never really pays rent then it will be really easy. him being there is just a waste of your money and space and since you are the provider it should be simple for the police to escort him out and get a restraining order on him since your fights have gone to minor blows before you should get it with no problem.
