How are we going to get Obama to stay the way he was before the election?

I've seen the way things go... Even Nixon was once a great fellow, and then the election comes and it is either everything stays the same, or they all go downhill from there... I don't want to see that with Obama. I really don't like some of the status quo people he is already surrounding himself with , like Gates, and Clinton. I want him to find some radical fringe people like Jim Hightower for Secretary of Agriculture, or etc.
