Can my aunt/godmother sign a parental consent form for me to get my license?

i am going to the DMV tomorrow and my parents aren't able to sign the form and therefore i can not have it notarized with their signature. Can my Aunt which is also my Godmother sign the form in front of the notary so i can go to the DMV and get my license???
