Has anyone had the stomach virus thats currently going around? how long does it last? im on day 4!!!!?

im having cramping and diarrhea with decreased appetite. feeling weak, and starting to get cramps in my calves from electrolyte depletion. i stay hydrated, but havent been able to tolerate eating much.
