Is this erectile disfunction?

Im 29. I regularly have with my girlfriend. I have no problem getting an or staying erect for the most part. When I do it ruff like real fast for a extended period if i take it out sometimes i kinda of go limp. Then its hard to get erect again. Its like my gets numb from doing it so long that its hard to get it back up.
