Will i ever find a girlfriend who will see past my physical disability?

I have Spastic Cerebral Palsy which effects my legs because they get stiff i can walk without my crutches. It just seems that every time i talk to a girl they see my crutches rather than me. I treat girls with respect, and want a good relationship with someone who sees me as a person because sometimes it seems i get judged too fast, or they treat me different or feel sorry for me and that's the last thing i want. Any hope for a guy like me to find a girlfriend that's right for me?
