What will ABSOLUTLEY cure reoccurring BV aka vaginosis??? help please?

i have been suffering with BV since i was pregnant and had a spontaneous miscarriage over 2 years ago.i had bv during the pregnancy, which i beleive, caused the miscarriage. the BV is reoccurring. i have used everything under the sun. oral pills, l gels, home remedies such as probiotics, douching, and so on and so forth... i need help.
