What are my chances of getting a waiver?

I am a college sopre enrolled in the AC program at school and have recently been disqualified due to my history and current situation of anxiety. I, along with my doctor, see no reason why my anxiety would inhibit me from having a successful commitment to ROTC. This is because I deal with very mild anxiety, and it has never kept me from being successful in school and my other commitments. With this information, what would my chances of getting a waiver from DoDMERB?
