HELP...Considering to move to the New England area...?

I am not sure about mechanic jobs. I live in the Rochester area in Upstate New York. Here teaching jobs at good schools are few and far between, I have friends who have been trying to get teaching jobs at suburban schools for a long time with no luck. The only teaching jobs in this area are in the inner city schools which aren't very good schools, they are in dangerous areas and parents don't seem to care. The drop out rate for Rochester City schools is around 40%.
