Religiously speaking...Does 'free will' really exist? (see below)?

Humans make decisions that guide their lives. It is widely belived that humans have free will, but do they really? Outside influences guide humans' decisions more than they consciously realize. If the God they serve gives them really only two choices...serve or perish, how is that really free will? 'serve me (God), you live eternally, don't serve me and die for eternity'...is basically what the Bible teaches. Is that what 'free' is all about? If humans really had free will, shouldn't they have an infinite amount of choices available to them when their existence on this planet has come to and end? It seems hard to fathom that in a universe that appears to be infinite with limitless possibilities, the Creator of it all only gives humans 2 choices. I understand that the Bible is a very good guide for many people. It is full of valuable lessons that all of us can use. It is also full of fantasy and contradictions. To each his/her own.

i'm not racist at all, I really love all people. But it's just been my experiance. And I don't want them to stop looking at me with respect just because of my hair. Some people are like that. It makes them the more shallow one, but we all are shallow sometimes. even, socrates.

Has anybody used liquid lawn aeration?

About 2 months ago I laid a new sod yard. I tilled the entire yard about 6-8 inches deep to loosen the soil to give the new sod roots a good start. Well, the yard isn't doing so good even after continued watering. I called in a lawn care company and they have treated the lawn with fertilizers and premergers (for the weeds growing between the sod). They recommend lawn aeration and overseeding this fall which is what I plan to do. I have found a few companies that offer a liquid aeration that is supposed to be better that traditional methods such as spike or core aeration. Has anyone had any experience with this type of aeration? Aerify! and LazyMan™ Liquid Soil Aerator are two of the companies. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I believe family does come before the campaign. Mr. Biden is doing the right thing by supporting his wife at this time. Life is about more than politics. Campaigns come and go. Presidents come and go. But your family is your family for a lifetime.

If a woman acts as a gestational carrier only, can she p on hereditary disease to the fetus?

I'm a would-be author working on a story where a woman provides no genetic material for an embryo, and is only the gestational carrier. The research I've done so far, including looking at forms for surrogates, suggests or requires that the applicant list every disease in their family that may cause an inconvenience or real trouble for an individual. Why is this, since the woman is only providing her uterus? Is any DNA transferred through the fetus's connection with her blood(the placenta)?

My sister who is 27 has been dealing with addiction since she was 13. After being arrested the 3rd time, she faced hard time in prison. My dad and stepmom found a really good addictions program in Alabama and their lawyer got the judge to agree to this drug rehab in lieu of prison time. It is a great program and they have one of the highest success rates out there. Your sister needs help. I know that the courts are much more receptive to alternatives like drug rehabilitation programs. Please , don't give up! You and your family need to research drug rehab facilities and try to get the courts to allow her to get the help she needs! I am sending you the link to the program that my sister used. Don't be mistaken by the name of the program...it was originally set up for teens, but now they have an adult program as well. I pray that your sister and the rest of your family will be able to finally find some peace.

What was up with last year's Survivor Series?

I own the DVD of Survivor Series 2007, and I did a comparison of the PPV's set design to the previous year's set design. Now, correct me if i'm wrong here guys and gals, but doesn't the set design look EXACTLY the same? Not even a few changes made, or a few enhancements, slight improvements or additions. Can any of you guys and gals see any slight changes or alterations made? Have a look at both set designs of Survivor Series 2007 and 2006, and see what you can find.

Will major universities accept me if i graduated from pennfoster?

Colleges also like community service and other activities outside of school, which I opted to do instead of joining school groups. None of the schools I've applied to seemed to care. I also went to a school with many opportunities, and didn't take many of them. So I wouldn't rule it out, it's not like most of us choose our high school. You may have a hard time getting into ivy league or something, but I'm sure you can get into a college.
