How does trample and lifelink work together in MTG?

lets say i have a 4/4 creature with lifelink and i give it +3/+3 and trample through llanowar augur, i attack with this 4/4 creature (now 7/7) it is blocked by a 4/4. Do i get 7 health or do i get 7 health +3 health from the damage that is dealt to the player through trample?
